The Camper Van Coast: Cooking, Eating, Living the &hellip by Martin Dorey

Martin Dorey has not lost his enthusiasm for the subject of camper vans, as once again he encourages you to `get out there'. This time he takes us on a four season tour of the great outdoors. Although packed with over 100 recipes that can be cooked on a two ringed stove, this is more than a cookbook and covers topics as diverse as how to use the BBC shipping forecast and the etiquette of skinny dipping (including a photo of the brave soul trying it himself in the chilly British sea, page 136). With the same format of inspirational photography, helpful tips and enthusiasm, this book will be of interest to anyone who enjoys the great outdoors, camper van or not.

It also has plenty of ideas for things to do and ways of keeping the kids entertained too. Finally it also has a great section on the 10 best excuses to use when you don't make it to work on Monday,… Read more
