Self Help for Your Nerves: Learn to relax and enjo&hellip by Dr. Claire Weekes

I've struggled with overcoming fear for as long as I remember and recently decided to recommit to bust through my fears once more. I wouldn't usually buy a book like this because I haven't had a nervous breakdown but actually it is so helpful and really sheds a lot of light on nervous conditions from the mild to intense. Highly recommend.
Follow the Stone (an Emmett Love Western Book 1) by John Locke
I read this book because I was studying John's non-fiction book for authors. I'd read Saving Rachel and it wasn't my cup of tea so I didn't expect to love this one especially as it's a Western. It was pure escapist fun and I enjoyed the fast pace and really cared what happened to the characters. I will be reading more when I want to chill out. If you didn't like the Donovan Creed series it doesn't mean you won't enjoy this so give it a go!

Gemma not only shares her considerable social media expertise but also provides a practical blueprint for you to take action today to begin attracting your perfect "British" customers in a language they'll respond to.

If you're fearful of saying or doing the wrong thing this will really… Read more
