I hope the author goes on to write many more books of the same quality in the coming years because Crossing was simply one of the best stories I've read in a long time!
The setting, plot, characters, twists, etc. all fit into a neatly woven narrative that grabs hold of the reader from the very first page. I was hooked the moment I opened the book and caught myself wishing for a longer train commute (that's never, ever happened before!). I then stayed up until the early hours of the morning reading and only, and very reluctantly, put it down to get a couple of hours' sleep!
