My first review didn't post...so if it turns up and I'm repeating myself, it's worth it - "Horn" is a cracking read!

The product description does not do "Horn" justice - it omits to mention the quirky turns of phrase and the characters that you feel you actually *know*, for a start! At the tender age of 28, I have never wanted to return to my teenage years - until reading "Horn". It's an easy and enjoyable read - well worth the 1.00 Kindle price - and I am looking forward to reading more of Matt's work.

As most reviews seem to end on a pun: you won't have any "Trouble" reading "Horn"...groan...

Continuing to build on the characters and introducing some notable additions, "Randy" was just as much of a page turner - so much so I Tweeted @Missives0fASub to check there would be a third! Happily, yes, as these characters are ones that you become quite attached to...which possibly says more about me than it does about the book...! If you have a pound - it's less fattening than the McSaver menu and actually more enjoyable!

"Learning Outside the Classroom" is no different; the book categorieses activities by subject, allowing the reader to browse with ease and speed to their chosen topic and gives a wide variety of activities ideas and extensions. As a relatively new teacher with little outdoor learning experience, the clear layout of the… Read more
