5.0 out of 5 stars Pathos and humour, 19 Nov 2012

My hubby and I concur that it tastes of icing sugar with a very slight after-taste of licorice. For a licorice fiend like me, this is just delicious! So far, I've used it mixed in with cream cheese and ground star anise to make a sweet and yummy cake frosting and I've stirred a little in with summer berries and apple to make sweet fruit tarts. There was no licorice-y after taste in the tarts. My daughter, however, licked a little stevia on her finger and thought it was disgusting. Bear in… Read more
