Great product let down by cheap plastic ear hoop, 25 Jan 2011

I was thoroughly enjoying the ease of use, battery life and connectivity of this device until 5 weeks after purchase. The hoop holding the headset to my ear broke where it clips onto the earpiece. Vodaphone have stated it not faulty but that it was customer mis-use and will not replace the ear hoop - I even told them I didn't want a new unit, just the hoop. It was clipped onto the headset once and never removed. The plastic seems too brittle for the job. Will not be buying another one.

Warm hands inside - icicle on the outside!, 16 Feb 2010

These gloves have such a varied review, I just thought it may be interesting to know the following. I was up in the Galloway hills on a very cold day when it started to snow. My hands were lovely and warm and when I stopped for a bite to eat I noticed an icicle had started to form on the little finger of my left hand. I had no idea this had occurred and took a photograph of the glove.

From talking to people I think the best way to comment on the warmth of these gloves is: If you have warm hands on a walk they keep you warm but if you suffer from cold hands they may not be the best gloves for you.
