I've never been into drugs, never indulged in drug smuggling or anything illegal of any kind, yet somehow I found myself reading this book.

And I loved it!! It'a a great autobiography into Howard Mark's rise from a Welsh kid in the valleys, then Oxford Uni, to becoming the worlds largest dope smuggler.

It gives a highly detailed account into how he starting smuggling, mainly from Pakistan, and the fun he had a long the way. It tells how he made a fortune, lost it, then made it again!! It literally shows you how its done and leads up to when he is eventually caught and imprisoned in one of America's toughest prisons.

This was given to me for a review and I found it very easy to follow. It's a short 'dash diet' guide, which is a diet plan that reduces sodium, speeds up your metabolism and reduces your blood pressure. So its more of a health diet than a weight-loss diet but you could also lose weight if you followed the daily recipes that laid out for you to follow. It even explains how you can dine out with 'dash.'

Follow this guide and you could reduce your blood pressure by 6 - 11 points!

An easy, enjoyable read but don't just read it, do it!!!
