As an annual visitor to the TT I was curious enough to read this book albeit with limited expectations. A lot of bike books i have read to date have been average. This however really grew on me, the characters followed are very different, the contrast between Guy Martin and John McGuinness really add depth to the pictures of the racers involved

I purchased this book as it was the most recently published, but was very disappointed with some of the recommendations already closed (Mama Tilee) so by day 2 of a great weekend in Marrakesh the book was left in our Riad.
This book provided no insights, it feels like the authors were going through the motions with continuous statements of the blindingly obvious: Tips for Riad bargains - Avoid major european holidays - do they really have to tell anyone that.
There is a constant patronizing environmental tone and again more statements of the obvious - On Trekking "When there is a toilet it is a good idea to use it"

I must admit to being a little aprehensive when buying the Tom Tom Go 910 due to some of the negative comments. Once it arrived however I found it to be outstanding. The full post code search makes finding locations very straightforward and points of interest have included most of what I have been loking for.

Bluetooth hands-free has worked well, on the Tom Tom site it suggested that my phone (sony 990i) would work partially, i.e. not downloading the address list, but in practice it worked perfectly.
