5.0 out of 5 stars Bollywood classic!!, 12 Mar 2009
This is a classic Bollywood movie and I love it more every time I see it. I still think the pairing of Kajol with Shah-Rukh is classic. They are both very warm and dynamic actors who work well together, challenging old-fashioned ideas about how a hero and heroine should look and behave, as Shah-Rukh's personality is very warm and gentle which always comes across; and he has genuine charisma-rather than a macho front. Kajol is a beautiful dark skinned actress-something again which challenges old ideas. This film is also unusual because it is partly set in the UK and because it questioned the idea of a father knowing best for his daughter. I also love the song and dance numbers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dynamic and moving, 12 Mar 2009
This film is dynamic and gripping from start to finish. But the Beyonce classic-"Listen" also had us in tears. Everytime I watch this, I am moved. Most musical shows may not be so far reaching. I would say most of them are lighter, and do not speak to me the way this did. I would like to see more musicals like this in the mainstream genre. I also found the dance numbers and the general re-creation of 60's grooves very warm and dynamic. This was a great movie in my eyes and one I will always… Read more
King of Pop, Best Of ~ Michael Jackson
King of Pop, Best Of ~ Michael Jackson

I still love Michael Jackson and enjoyed this complilation immensely-it's just that feeling of going back in time to the 80's when Michael was the King of Pop. The beats, the tunes, the aggression, the pain that is in Michael's songs is legendary and unique, and I guess some people may think we don't need another Michael Jackson compilation, but I think this is a pretty good one and Michael is a legend. I feel that he has so many classic hits, that he is entitled to have a number of complilations.
