This book is beautifully put together. The information is clearly laid out and the interviews are amazing.
It is in my opinion the most perfect book for any yoga enthusiast whether just starting out trying to find a style to follow or for the hardened yogi !
The photographs are stunning.
Could not recommend it highly enough.

As a beginner wanting to try yoga at home, I found this brilliant.

Delighted I may the choice to buy it.
