A culinary treat for keen cooks. I have been interested in Turkish cuisine since spending two wonderful holidays there. So whilst this books focuses on Istanbul ( and that is now on my wish list!), there are some wonderful Turkish mezes and main course dishes in this book. The photography is enticing, appetising and informative. The narrative is a pleasure to read and the recipes are easy to plan and follow. I enjoy cooking and trying new and different dishes and this book has been a joy for reading as well as using.
