If you are thinking of getting P90X ask yourself will you do it? It will do no good sitting in the box.
I was scared to try it. I was fairly fit. No injury issues, but still wondered would I be able to do it.
The answer is yes and no. I can manage the routines up to a point but then there has to be room
for improvement. I am getting there. They are tough no question about it.
I am half-way through, or thereabouts. There are changes in definition and improvements in what
I can do today that I could not do, or barely manage, at the start.
