This book is so much more than I was expecting. Having been a vegetarian for over 20 years I thought I had a good idea about health & nutrition and respected the environment. This book deals with you as a whole person - not just your own health but how the things you choose to buy and to eat impact not just on you but on the planet as a whole. It's not judgemental or patronising - and helps and encourages you to make the transition to a better, healthier and therefore happier life. I think Alicia has set the tone just right - well done!
