1.0 out of 5 stars Very biased, 23 Feb 2011
A very disappointing book - the author was clearly more interested in putting across his own opinions than discussing the facts of this case. Very biased towards Amanda Knox being innocent.

Not just about the railway, but a fascinating glimpse into the rich history of the Slough Estates, one of the first industrial estates in the world. It is beautifully brought to life with original images and maps too, as well as first-hand experiences of this area in times gone by.

A must-buy for anyone interested in history and the Slough Estates Railway and a great read.

I've been reading this to my young son and he loves it. It is wonderfully written and the illustrations are just beautiful. I hope she writes more!!
