I have found it a very useful introduction and guide.
The section on how to actually take a watch apart and put it back together starts about 2/3rds the way through.
However all the information and images prior to this enabled me to understand the history and various aspects of watches.
I also found the various links very useful.

My question is "Why sell it in the UK without this warning".
I bought this as part of my preparation for an interview.
What a waste of money that was.
I feel unable to complain because it covers exactly what it says on the title IF you are in America and subject to their tax/accounting systems and laws.
If you are in the UK then my advice is not to buy this.

If you are a novice (like me) and you want to create your own "films" of days out etc the following might help.
The files on the camcorder are Quicktime format. Download them using the USB cable provided to your PC. Open them with Windows Movie Maker. Save them For Your Computer as Windows Media Files.
I could then edit and merge them using a Movie Maker package.
If you just want to remove the Hiss created by the inbuilt microphone.
