Inverting the Pyramid: The History of Football Tac&hellip by Jonathan Wilson
This book is fascinating if you are a devoted football fan; fond of playing styles, tactics, teams, players, personalities. It's not particularly scientific, but goes into nice detail on the way football has changed through the years. You will definitely learn something new. An excellent companion to anybody who watches football, wants to know all there is about football. It may even help you to play better :) Get this book if you are thinking about it because its really good.
