This book takes to the surface the underlying forces of emotions that guide every single of us in our personal and in our working lives. Understanding and tapping into such forces in the workplace is the single way most powerful way that leaders have to get the best out of themselves and out of people that they work with.
Great leaders' success lies not in presenting logical cases why we should do this or that but in moving people emotionally. I don't remember Martin Luther King, Jr. using many Power Point presentations with logical lines in them.
