Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard K750 by Logitech
1.0 out of 5 stars Nice but, 12 Mar 2014
Well this was a lovely keyboard really quite nice to look at and use. Sadly the quality is very much an issue and mine packed up after about 8 months use and as far as I can tell it's not the battery but the solar cells themselves that have failed. I say this because, following some web based instructions (not from Logitech) I replaced the battery and it worked for another 4 days afterwards. Really very poor indeed that it should only last this long, Logitech really need to sort this out because I don't think I'm the only person with this problem by a long way. So in summary, nice concept, nice aesthetics, poor implementation.
1.0 out of 5 stars Very limited life., 4 Mar 2014
This was ok for a while. Really not very bright and I cannot understand why they felt the need to add a connector into the power line near the switch, presumably to allow use of an off the shelf supply.
The real problem is that after only limited use the lamp started to flicker and now will not come on at all. This is after only 4 months use. Rubbish really.
Kenwood HB724 Triblade Hand Blender by Kenwood
3.0 out of 5 stars Feeble construction, 10 Feb 2014
I've had this product for about 8 months and it has been extremely useful. Sadly the construction quality isn't that great and the small processor bowl has essentially eaten itself. The drive is handled through an epicyclic gearbox and this has partially disintegrated rendering that part of the unit useless. The unit has only been used at most once a week and only for making curry pastes and so on, so not exactly demanding work.
