The Dirty Streets of Heaven: A Bobby Dollar Novel by Tad Williams

1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, 10 Aug 2013
It has taken me 6 weeks to wade through this book. Normally a Tad Williams cannot be put down and only lasts 3 - 4 days because they are long and full of suspense. This seedy type of Cop story with Angels and Demons thrown in does not suit Tad Williams and had I not been expecting it to improve ( on the basis of Tad Williams normally being a good read) I wouldn't have made it through to the end!
Leadership and Self-Deception: Getting out of the &hellip by The Arbinger Institute
Was interested to see this book on my reading list for my Ski Club Leadership course. On reading it I totally understood as read thoughtfully it helped me see how my thoughts on others influenced how I treated them. I now have an extra copy in my business for my team to read. If digested sensibly is a great book to help with engendering harmony at work & at home.

Brilliant follow on to Leadership & Self Deception. A great help to me in my personal relationships in helping me remove the "Mote" from my own eye before seeing that in others!
