Despite having received previous orders to the same delivery address, even products with the same Draper brand name, we have not received this one.
The comments "incorrect address" appear twice in the tracking details. How can that be? And why am I not able to phone or comunicate at all with anyone about this, leaving me with no other alternative that to write this review about the product, when in fact it should be about the service?
