For some reason, this doesn't pump out as much power as an actual in-car cigarette lighter. I needed to use some revolving hazard lights indoors - and while they worked perfectly in the car, this adaptor barely gave enough power to light the bulb.

Easily Darren's most extraordinary show to date. More a genuine piece of theatre than just a concert, the show is a conceptual trip into Darren's childhood in an attempt to make a kind of peace with the past. Beautifully staged, with a set-list that is intelligent, builds in emotional power, and hits all the right spots without ever seeming to pander to anyone. And Darren sings - perectly - for about 2 hours, non stop. Never misses a note, never fails to connect. The man is some kind of god.
And on top of that, it's just beautifully captured. Where most 'live shows' are heavily altered after the fact, or make changes for the camera at the expense of the audience, so that the end result… Read more

There's no doubt that this is a great looking game, and you can see all the effort that's gone into making the world as rich and lush as possible.

But looks aren't everything. The gameplay is frustratingly linear, which is always a problem when a company spends more time trying to make amovie than they do trying to make a game. There's no sense that there's a world here that can really be explored. You're in one small section at a time, and you either die, or you move onto the next secion. The linearity is only emphasised by the fact that the game tells you what to do at every step of the way. So you're left with the feeling that there is nothing to discover.
