What these two have done is collate information that is widely available and in the public domain already and presented it as "The Gospel according to them"!
They slander many natural health doctors because they "make money" from their products (Jealousy maybe?).
Are they making money from the sale of this book?
They seem to know everything about everything including the manufacturing standards of health laboratories they have not been in!
As a fervant supporter of natural health and opponent of pharmaceuticals I would advise people to look elsewhere for natural health info without the authors' bias presented here.

Sush a shame that yet again as with so many other publications what would have been a very healthy book has been completely blown out of the water by themselves by recommending SPLENDA as a sweetener!!!
Please don't consume any artificial sweeteners....you will be doing yourself and your loved ones serious long term health damage.
There are healthy alternatives to processed sugar...these are natural sweeteners from nature, not man made synthetic chemicals.
Did you know....when ASPARTAME was first patented way back in the day it was classified by the pentagon as a chemical warfare agent ?!!!!
This is the best tomato soup I have ever tasted from a tin.
Real chunks of tomatos and wonderful flavour plus it's organic!!
I have just had a bowl with a spoon of organic sour cream to add some essential healthful fat to my lunch.
Ingredients are 66% tomatoes and puree and then water comes second. The only slight downside for purists is a tiny amount of organic sugar...and "carbohydrate sugars" are listed as 26 grams per can!
Only problem seems to be the current price here which on Nov 1st 2013 is over £17.00 for 4 tins??????
I got my one tin in a supermarket begining with W for £1.05 !!!!!
