What a fantastic book!! I have long been a fan of Susan Elizabeth Phillips, she is my favourite author, by a long way. This is a great book, but when I received it I was saddened to discover it is actually Decent Exposure (Little Black Dress), but reissued with a new title. As far as I can seen there is nothing on the Amazon page to make that clear.

I have enjoyed all of Phillipa's books and was so excited to see there was a new one out. Sadly, I will be returning my copy as I already have Decent Exposure. I wish she'd write something new!

While much of what that reviewer writes could be considered to be true, I think it was an unduly harsh rating that will have deterred too many people from buying a perfectly decent book in the Virgin River series.

I have to be honest and confess I listen to the Virgin River series on audiobook, rather than reading them, maybe that makes a difference, as I have found Therese Plummer to be an excellent narrator who injects a good amount of dramatisation into things.

This book is slightly different to the first four or five in the series in that instead of… Read more
