Rise of Flight - Channel Battles Edition (PC DVD) by Excalibur Publishing Ltd
5.0 out of 5 stars A pleasant surprise!, 27 Jun 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I ordered this off of Vine purely on a whim as a fan of flight sims generally, though I haven't played a WW1 game since Wings on the Amiga. I have to say, it came as a really pleasant surprise. Excellent flight model (though not at all for the arcade player), good mission structure, exciting close combat and superb graphics to boot. Unfortunately, I can't run it in ultra detail without flick book level frame rates, but that's more the age of my hardware. Highly recommended for sim enthusiasts, but definitely not if you want an arcade experience.
Wahl Limited Edition Design Hair Clipper and Trimm&hellip by Wahl
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
THere's a bit of debate in my household over these. Personally, I love them. Quiet, smooth and powerful so they never get bogged down where many other brand's products can come to a grinding halt. My wife, on the other hand, does complain that they produce a lot of vibration when I can persuade her to clip my hair so if you're sensitive to such vibrations and find them unpleasant, it may be worth avoiding. But, for me, these are easily the best clippers I've owned yet. just a shame they aren't cordless. As for the limited edition London edition, a bit of a gimmick really. A biscuit tin picture of Big Ben and a bus! Certainly wouldn't go out of my way to find one over the standard model… Read more
NOCO G3500UK Genius Smart Battery Charger by NOCO
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Thankfully, I haven't had cause to use the charger yet but the manual is simple and the actual charger self explanatory. All leads are included and, unlike chargers I've used of old, it's a very neat, small footprint in an already cluttered garage! Here's hoping that owning a charger means I never have to use it as I've had plenty of times in the past to regret not getting one before this!
