French & Saunders Series 1-6 Box Set (6 discs) [DV&hellip DVD ~ Dawn French
5.0 out of 5 stars Daft Pair!, 27 Mar 2014

4.0 out of 5 stars 'Bout time!, 23 Mar 2014
Virtually anything that Olympia Dukakis is in is worth watching - and this film is no exception. Some people would definitely be offended by the swearing - I wasn't, as this is who the character is and Ms Dukakis delivers every word brilliantly! The reason for 'Bout time!'? Because it's about time there was a film, for lesbians, with older characters which shows how difficult it can be sometimes to just be yourself - much easier these days, not so much in (very recent) days gone by. I loved it - the performances are sharp and believable. Moving, sad even - and extremely funny too, I would highly recommend this film.

Unfortunately the two, separate, sets ordered were faulty, so I had to return. Both 'stalled' on first DVD. Didn't reorder.
