Andrew James Premium Electric Meat Mincer Grinder &hellip by Andrew James
5.0 out of 5 stars Does the job well, 22 April 2014
Very happy with this mincer.

I have used it to make sausages from pork shoulder and belly both of which were nearly frozen when minced. No problem at all.

The speed for sausage stuffing was good and the whole process took me a fraction of the time a hand mincer did.

Easy to take the whole mincing part and put it in the freezer to keep the sausage meat cold.

Easy to clean too.

Well worth the money.

This little quadcopter really is impressive. It took me a while to get the hang of flying it, perhaps 10 charges before I had the confidence to put it on expert mode.

I have crashed quite a lot, at speed, into walls, the ground, myself etc etc. While I have broken 2 props (it comes with a spare set) I am amazed at how strong the thing is. I don't… Read more

I use mine with lumpwood charcoal which heats it up in about 30-40 minutes. An infra-red thermometer is useful to check the wall temperatures. I usually start cooking when the temperature reaches 450C+.

If you prepare your food correctly, this thing cooks fast. Naan breads cook in about 60 seconds, scored and marinated chicken legs and thighs cook in about 8-10 minutes.

You really can't replicate the tandoor flavour any other way (other than a pizza oven maybe). The high heat means the outside is crisp and charred with an extremely moist center.

A couple of tips if you buy one:
