If you had to enter a battle of words with PC Pinkstone, you would lose! This book is a superb diatribe on the condition of the UK police force, which is both convincing and entertaining, just as promised by the book's product description.

There are some parts of it that are simply side splitting and other parts that make you shake your head in knowing despair (especially if you are no stranger to red tape and organisational incompetence).
