5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant, 11 Jan 2013
This shampoo is brilliant - cleansing, gentle - even moisturising my otherwise straw-like dry ends (and without making my scalp greasy or heavy)! Yes it is expensive - but you need to actually use very little (and I have long hair) per wash. It doesn't seem to matter if I use it daily or a couple of times a week. And it smells utterly gorgeous.
I have the condtioner too but I almost never bother to use it (unless expecting a lot of environmental dmage basically) as the shampoo is so good.

Great stuff. Bought for best friend - admittedly only has minor dry scalp/dandruff problems compares to some, but was persistent and very visible in short hair - not any more - great stufff - only needs to use it once per week now.

I bought one for my mum - easy to use, sounds good. And then I bought one for myself too.
Mum's had hers for just over 3years and still going strong.
It does take up room on your bedside table but it works so well and is so easy to set that it is just brilliant.
(I had the previous model for about 5yrs (including 2 house-moves), so it was pretty hardy, and this model is keeping up its standards!)
