The insoles need trimming to the correct shoe size but that's is what I expected. I'm not used to having quite thick insoles and find some shoes don't have enough space left for my feet. However most laced shoes have enough let out to accommodate insoles and feet.
At first I though they were too rigid but have quickly grown to liking the extra support. My doctor (and most instructions) say to use the inserts in both shoes even if only one foot is in trouble. I have followed that advice.
In comparison to gel heels only these are far superior. I find the gel heels slip from under my heel and end up somewhere in the side of the shoe. I'm a bloke and wear socks so… Read more

Then repeated the spraying 7 days later (as directed on container). The shrub looks so much healthier. We shall see whether the fortnightly applications keep it in good health.
When diluting the thick oily product turns into a milky white emulsion. The cap takes some serious washing to get it clean and product free. I hate chemicals dribbling down the outside of containers. I think the dispensing arrangement could be better improved.
I don't know if it helps or hinders - but I added 1 drop of… Read more

So I bought this lead despite some negative comments about different items not working. The lead is "plug and play" in Win 7 (my OS) and I noticed that it installed as a USB Hub. Now that's interesting in that it has an electronic 'identity' - unlike a simple USB cable that does not need registering at all.
At the far end of the lead I've plugged in a powered USB hub. I reasoned that my pc was powering the long lead as a hub but that it didn't mean I should expect my pc and the lead to power anything more. Of… Read more
