I have a number of books on Painter IX and X by, amongst others,Cher Threinen-Pendarvis and Don Seegmiller, which are in themselves very good at showing a person how to use all the facilites and functions of Painter, but Rhoda Grossman has really provided a book with a different take on Painter. She avoids too much detail and in a very lively and conversational way introduces a person to the basics.
This book really inspires one to get stuck into Painter immediately. Well worth the money!
