There are loads of pregnancy books out there aimed at "Lads" and "Blokes" - I know because I read most of them after discovering that I was going to become a dad - but there aren't many written for normal human beings who just happen to be male. I've given this book an average rating because it was useful up to a point, and it made me laugh a few times, but I read other books that gave a more comprehensive and honest account of what pregnancy does to you, what it really feels like. My wife's favourite was 'Life After Birth' by Kate Figes, which is extremely frank about a woman's experience.
