We bought this in the hope that it would convince our 2 year old that hair cuts weren't going to kill him and it worked! After reading it to him many times as a bedtime story we were able to take him to the hair dressers, with the book and read it to him whilst he had his hair cut. Thoroughly recommend.
This really does enhance the Baby Bjorn asthetically and practically. We didn't use them for our first baby - he wasn't sick and the carrier was new and looked good. Second time around the carrier is looking a little tired (much like us!) and is greatly enhanced by the addition of some pretty pink bibs. Our second baby suffers with reflux and it has meant that I don't have to wash the carrier after every trip out. The only reason I have dropped to 4 stars is because I think that after a while the waterproofness begins to fail and they are quite expensive. Would still recommend though.
This little bean slice is excellent! Admittedly I am comparing it to what can only be described as a family heirloom, but we are really impressed. The gadget is ok to hold, even after a bucket of beans, the blades are incredibly sharp (definitely not something the children could help with) and the string remover is an added bonus. Excellent value for money, we've even said that we wouldn't mind buying one each year if the blades blunt by the end of the season. My husband says "It is a joy to use!". The only improvement we could suggest is the provision of a little case because of the blades, but that would push the price up a little.
