Its a bass guitar not a letter!, 5 April 2013

I needed this urgently as a replacement for my existing bass for a gig in the Leicester Comedy Festival. It arrived late so no rehearsal time! Problems with delivery included company's insistence that they had already delivered the item by pushing it through our letter box! two days later they admitted it was "still on the van". To be fair the guitar didn't have a chance, it seemed to be a good product but because of delays I didn't get to use it.
