Vax H90-GA-B Gator Handheld Vacuum Cleaner by Vax
I bought the Vax Gator to clear up ash from a hearth each time I clean and reset my woodburning stove, but it has shown itself useful for a range of other jobs round the house such as clearing up small (dry) spills in the kitchen. For a handheld its suction is quite adequate for these small jobs. The build quality feels good with all removable parts fitting snugly and with positive locking mechanisms. It is very easy to remove the washable filter for cleaning. It doesn't last more than a few minutes continuous use before it needs recharging, but that is not a problem. If it is a big job then I would use my domestic mains-powered hoover.

Its not foolproof and in muddy water, if… Read more

I reckoned that I didn't need a rigid formula that someone else had dreamed up and that worked for them, but some general principles that I could apply to myself and release the instinctive ability that I, as a normally well coordinated human being, believed I had.

This book met the need. Stockton doesn't emphasise method and there are only one or two essentials that he would recommend. I took two on board and saw immediate benefits: (1) don't take a practice swing - it only distracts you,… Read more
