An A4 sized floppy book in full colour on every one of the 10 to 15 or so pages. Illustrated with very colourful drawings, cartoons and photographs of the children doing the activities.
Really good fun!
We tried them with some children and they enjoyed them immensely.
Perhaps it should say to do the tumbles etc on a padded floor or mattress where possible, and some exercises may require adult supervision but older children will be safe, but on the whole all the exercises were safe and fun!
Recommended to anyone trying to get an active child doing more structured gym or other general fun exercises at home.
