Excellent book with 121 exercises using your bodyweight and furniture or other household items. You really have no excuse to not be able to do any of these exercises. The book really works for someone who cannot be motivated to continue going to the gym day in and day out for more than 1-2 months. If you hate the treadmill you will be very happy to know that the book renders aerobic exercise as obsolete and inefficient. Also, you will see that bodyweight training without the use of machines or dumbbells can yield the same gains in muscle quicker and while actually working your body more uniformly. Although i tend to trust anything by a german brand this was a total disappointment right out of the box.
I plugged it in to start the pipe cleaning cycle before the first use and no water would flow through even though
i filled the reservoir. The build quality is very questionable as the front metal plate doesn't enclose the buttons
very nicely at all, the glass carafe is half as thin as a fingernail and even the filter holder with its handle won't twist
all the way to 90 degrees. And don't get me started on the user manual...
I put it right back in the box and returned it back the following morning.
