This hard to find book explains how most forms of human work are now being replaced by machines, which begs for an urgent r[love]ution. Instead of demanding work, we have to demand a fair distribution of the infinite wealth we are now able to produce.

My two Canadian nephews will be living in France for ten months, attending primary school in a beautiful village of the Provence. They are passionate nature chaps and love hunting lizards and snakes. This book provides them a broad understanding of their surroundings, and their parents said they love it.

When I studied agronomy in Belgium, we were using Michael Chinery's guide for our entomology practical classes. We had a wonderful teacher, and he chose a wonderful book, too. Although it may look like a vulgarization booklet, don't be mistaken: it provides an excellent overview of the most important families, and the information is accurate and of a very high standard. I bought it to all my nephews, together with a cheap binocular microscope, and they just love watching and identifying any bug they find...
