This is my first MP3 player, although I've used I-Rivers and Ipods extensively.

Build quality is good, it's nice looking, and quite chunky and the screen is clear and sharp. I do a lot of cycling with my MP3 player, and I just know I'd snap a weedy Nano so the fact this is twice as thick is a good thing for me.

The user interface is fine, whilst not as user friendly as the Ipod wheel, as others have said, it's not like you're trying to do anything complicated, so once you've got the touchpad worked out, it's fine.

I far prefer the drag and drop method of transferring files over synchronising with a desktop media player. The only downside I can see is that… Read more
