In My Own Words:
I'm a mother, healer, author and cancer survivor amongst other things. I live in a little wooden house nestled within the pine forests of Finland on the edge of a lake. Here I run holistic healing holidays and when I'm not doing that I am usually to be found sitting or walking out in the forest with my dogs or tending my garden.

Osho Kundalini ~ Osho
This CD gives the meditation that I think Osho is most famous for, instead of trying to sit and meditate with a mind full of dialogue we are given opportunity to shake the tensions from our body and then dance a while (because dancing requires no mind) and only then do we sit for a while in a cacophony of sound....and then finally we are ready for some silence.
I've been a holistic healer for over a decade and this approach is very useful to anyone and everyone, especially those with an overactive mind (and who doesn't!)
Emma and the Dinosaur by Sara Gardner
Emma and the Dinosaur by Sara Gardner
I wrote this book as a Christmas present for my daughter many years ago and have now decided to share the magical tale with the world. It's a great story for reading out loud, giving plenty of opportunities for discussion on many topics including love, being alone and isolated, the esoteric workings of the Universe according to my brain and our potential to be awesome if we so choose.
It's also very simple and funny and has lots of stunning photographs of the beautiful scenery around the area where the actual dinosaur head rock is located
Opening Our Wild Hearts to the Healing Herbs by Gail Faith Edwards
This book gives an interesting overview of many common herbs from several different directions ranging from Inuit Eskimos to Hildegard of Bingen thus inspiring the reader to adopt their own thoughts which is what the book aims to do....hence opening our wild hearts etc.

If you want an inspiring book taking you through traditions, ceremonies, gathering, plant energies and essence and making a herbal pharmacy this is the book to get you started.

The advice on making your own medicines is especially helpful and uncomplicated.

The author's authentic self shines right through the book with the information gathered over 25 years of personal experience.
