The Digital Wolf (The Hidden Academy Book 2) by Jon Rosenberg
Jon Rosenberg has written a compelling sequel to his first novel in The Hidden Academy series. It's just a shame that a good story is let down by basic errors that a proof reader should have picked up on: spelling, grammar and punctuation all need an overhaul.

Otherwise, for the original selling price of 49.99 this character pack would not have been bought. The Hex figure may well be compatible with Swap Force but is actually a Skylanders Giants character with no swappable parts. All in all, a rather misleading piece of marketing.

The Unicorn Crisis (The Hidden Academy Book 1) by Jon Rosenberg
4.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable read, 8 Sep 2013
The tale of Ash, a Summoner, caught between his loyalty to the Academy which took him in and trained him and fellow Summoners who are trying to get Oberon, King of the Fairies to overthrow the Academy.

An entertaining and enjoyable read, If anything it's a bit short. First in a trilogy (unless the author develops Robert Jordan-like tendencies). Some nice ideas and themes here but the occasional lapses in grammar and the missing words distract from what is otherwise a good read.
