This is a comprehensive, balanced and up to date review of research on detecting deception, written by a world leading researcher. It is well written and should appeal to a general educated readership as well as researchers and practitoners. The book should not be mistaken for one of the many airport-shop self-help guides which this field seems to be infested with.
