5.0 out of 5 stars Man Vs Beast, 8 Sep 2006
The latest addition to the CHERUB series is the finest book so far, as well as being the most gripping tale it's also unquestionably Robert Muchamore's most motivating book so far in the already superb series. Three fully trained teenage spies, James, Lauren and Kyle have are sent on a mission to gather intelligence on members of an anti-animal testing extremist group.

The reason: Adults don't expect children to be spying on them.

The book contains all the action, excitement and tense situations of the CHERUB series so far, as well as tit bits of information on vegetarianism and animal cruelty. In addition to the thrill that any teenager loves to read Man Vs Beast will… Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Divine Flair, 23 April 2006
Divine Madness is definitely the most action packed and explosive of the current 5 CHERUB books. Muchamore's latest sees James Adams, Lauren Adams and Dana Smith, three undercover teenage spies infiltrate a religious cult known as The Survivors. So the three Cherubians task is to infiltrate the cult, they will be subjected to the same brainwashing powers that have over powered many ordinary school children before them. Will the agents training be enough to shield them or will they be manipulated by the cult members… Read more

Maybe he isn't the greatest super hero, but Robert Muchamore's creation of the hero of our books, James Adams, is a figure many teens can relate to; this is the marvel that has made the series such a hit. Every kid dreams of being a spy, thanks to the Alex Rider series that proved that, but we could never relate to Alex, he was special, trained since birth, spoilt; but James Adams is just an every day kid, beloning to a secret government branch called CHERUB. Where children from 10-16 spy for the government and aim to put the criminals behind bars.
The Killing is a thrilling adventure with James Adams going undercover with fellow cherub Dave Moss, the mission is to discover how a small… Read more
