This item is exactly as shown and described. In fact, the real item is better. It did exactly what I needed it for; transplanting a 15 year-old ginko, which really looks good in it. The colour is beautiful and the finishing is good for a commercially produced pot.

Delivery was prompt and it was very securely packed. A good buy all round!

Great, no-frills microwave, 20 Nov 2012

This is exactly what I have been looking for; a microwave that lets the user decide how to use it. Previous microves I have had, have preprogrammed cooking routines - pizza, curry, baked potato ...come on, we can figure that out!
This model has several power settings, a time setting, a Start and Stop button and a few other options ...SIMPLE! I can decide how to cook my curry now!

We have had a Teasmade as long as I can remember - they are great ...however you must be prepared to put up with what I see as some design flaws in this latest model. The clock is almost unreadable at night - a blue background with very thin black clock hands. The volume of the tea pot of this model is less than the earlier model we had - it makes only two small cups of tea. The blue light from the clock and buttons is too bright at night and lights up the room. Also the blue light from the clock flickers in a completely random way.I stll mean to write to the manufacturers about this.
