Worth Lord Of Reckoning (Lonely Lords Book 11) by Grace Burrowes
This was the first book by Grace Burrowes I have read and it definitely will not be the last if all her work is of this standard. The hero was a lovely naughty character with flaws and problems but he listened and was clever with it whilst the heroine was a really spirited young lady. There were times when something was mentioned which made me wonder if the characters had appeared in an earlier book but it did not distract from the overall enjoyment of this story.
The Canal Du Midi: A Cruiser's Guide by Bernd W Kiessler
4.0 out of 5 stars A useful guide, 4 Jun 2014
Clearly written and useful once I had worked out which direction up the canal the book was working - the opposite way to me unfortunately but once I realised I had to work backwards through the book the descriptions of the various parts of the canal and its surroundings was a great help.Definitely to be recommended for complete beginners and the more experienced sailors alike.

This was what I would call a good travelling book that is it was easy to pick up and put down ! The story very slowly grew on me and until nearly the end I wasn't too concerned over the fate of any of the characters .
