A great book full of new ideas and a revision of some old favourites. Two great chefs come together to produce a refreshing culinary trip through China.A must read and a must try as far as food goes.it also manages to put a lot of Chinese restaurants to shame as the food comes out more robust and flavouful.Enjoy it,its well worth it.
Nigella Christmas: Food, Family, Friends, Festivit&hellip by Nigella Lawson
5.0 out of 5 stars Simply the best,, 7 Sep 2012
I have over the years tried Nigellas marinated quick turkey with fantastic results.it takes half the time,is succulent and leaves more then enough time for all the trimminigs.I am a chef an can admit that she is the leader in most ideas but excells in this book when panic does set in yet she has made it simple, yummy ,every one is more then happy, relaxed and enjoys the spirit of christmas without panic.May we always remember her but more so at Christmas when she is in fact giving us a present...Cheers Nigella and a big thank you.xox
