In My Own Words:
I am a big movie buff who really loves horror, crime flicks, war and sci fi the most. War flicks because I was a paratrooper in the army years ago. But even old dramas , and romance and other movies are good fun to me. I have put up some stuff on poetry.com and I love books as well. I am college educated and have a degree in history but I also was a medical assistant. The toughest school I … Read more
I am a big movie buff who really loves horror, crime flicks, war and sci fi the most. War flicks because I was a paratrooper in the army years ago. But even old dramas , and romance and other movies are good fun to me. I have put up some stuff on poetry.com and I love books as well. I am college educated and have a degree in history but I also was a medical assistant. The toughest school I ever went through though was pathfinder school in the army. I love to work out and ski and keep in shape. I am single and sadly don't have any children. I would say that animal rights are important to me and that I clean up trash whereever I go because polluting is just lame. I love to get involved with volunteer work and do so. I have done many jobs in my life including being a airborne soldier, a travel agent, a medical assistant, food demonstrator, man in costume in a store, maid work, ski instructor, construction worker, physical therapist assistant, I worked in a nursing home as a nurses aid and will never end up in one, and I have worked for school districts. and other stuff too. Todays kids are ok unless they are into gang rap usually (but not always, some of the kids that listen to it are fine but usually it's a bad thing) As with any person I have good points and some bad ones but at least when I work with kids I tell them to stay away from the drug culture beause it's the enemy of the mind and anything you might want to be. so is gang worship but what can you do?

Skiing, history , working out, movies, hiking, travel!, most books, animal charities, art , concerts and shows (comedy, broadway type, stage shows) of most types, comic books ( mostly I read them I don't really collect them), all music EXCEPT RAP OR TECHNO, vintage hard rock is my fave although I don't care about hair length, I still have mine but it's a short style. ( you don't need long hair to rock) drugs destoyed many of my friends so I would say that saying "no" to them is a good idea. I am also very glad that I am not addicted to or use cigarettes as they wiped out many in my family. I put a huge amount into my home theater and did it right as best I could.
The remastering is excellent on this set. The show itself is a classic one in colour from the late sixties. It includes the alternate episodes and 'living in harmony'. This was a worldwide hit and remained in reruns well into the late 1990's. (on American tv). A fine provocative series that has a very strange ending unfortunately. However other than that it remains a true classic series and the late Patrick Mcgoohan was at his best in this one. The series has never looked better than on this blu ray set.
As far as melodic metal goes UFO came up with some of the all time great releases in that genre. This one features the hit single "too hot to handle' and many other great songs. It's the typical mixture of hard rock and a few great ballads that ufo brought to the fore back in 1974. Michael Schenker fantastic guitar playing is really at it's peak here and this Is a band doing everything right. You won't be disappointed with this one if you love melodic metal or 70's hard rock.
In 1969 this would have been called acid rock. But this is really metal or hard rock with acid overtones. And ten years after was one of the harder bands around that time. You could feel the blues influence of course throughout this one. But it was a sped up harder rocker. I have the msfl gold disc of this one. That company would pick classic discs and issue them on gold discs , they used to do audiophile records before that. Mobile sound fedilty lab is now out of business but if you can grab one of their gold discs it's worth the effort. The late Alvin Les (died 2013) was setting a hard rock course for his band which until then was a rocking blues band. (fans of the later ten years after… Read more
