Yoga For Dummies by Larry Payne PhD
Yoga For Dummies by Larry Payne PhD

This is a good reference book for yoga with very clear explanations and chapters covering yoga for all including pregnancy, children, seniors, etc. Plenty of illustrations and cautions in all the right places where you need to be careful. The garish cover and cheap phone directory type paper inside are a world apart from you usual yoga guide, however while there are the usual spiritual references, it is a practical guide. It is a US edition referring to US teachers and schools of yoga, although that does not affect the majority of the book which is a good reference material. 4.0 out of 5 stars Top notch!, 4 Sep 2014

Well I thought this was rather over the top as regards a tool kit for a barbeque! Gave 4 stars as I think it is more than you need. However the tools are great quality and the case very solid. The price for this quality is really very reasonable if you barbeque a lot. It is quite bulky all in the case, but if you wash and put the tools back in the case then everything is handy and clean for next time. Good value overall and a nice present for the keen outdoor chef!

She played with it for a bit but it soon got discarded in favour of more interesting games on the computer or tablet. When I came to give it another go, it would not charge up so whether it is broken or damaged from neglect/abuse I do not know! I think there are much better ways to get a kid active and with this toy they are still distracted by a screen! A regular step counter and reward system would work better long term I think, running, walking and playing outdoors together and with friends. Anyway it wasn't for us, but I can see the appeal… Read more
