This book is about more than quitting smoking, it's about not only having a life, but living it. I have never smoked and was fascinated as to why people do smoke. I found more in this book than why and how to stop smoking, but to look at what is going on with advertising, the lies we are conditioned to believe about addiction and why we make excuses for our behavior pattens.
All of this is in clear, easily understood language with relevant examples that we will have all come across, or know someone who uses the excuses outlined to justify their habit.
