I purchased these boots on a whim after relentlessly wish listing many Fly London boots for weeks, and then receiving some Christmas money. I have the 'Petrol' colour which is a lovely bluish-green. The boots arrived quickly; then taking head of advice from reviews I waterproofed them using G-Wax, and began wearing them. The previous reviews are right, seriously comfy and stylish! Way to go to avoid the 'librarian look' comfy shoes fans.

They needed to be cheap - as they were going to get trashed and lightweight because it was going to be hot. Am pleased to say they did the job that was require of them and my hands were one of the few parts of my anatomy that were not in any pain after the event (or indeed scratched, bruised or scarred).

A minor criticism was that the stitching is not brilliant on it as one of the thumbs (on the glove, not me) came apart quite easily when adjusting my gloves during the… Read more
