I am delighted to own another copy of this book. My first copy was well-used and falling apart due to age. My new, revised copy is a delight and it arrived in good condition and very promptly.

This makes very interesting reading for anyone who enjoys books and cookery. It is not set out as conventional recipe books and there are no pictures but the information is all there. I am delighted the book has been republished and to have a new one to browse is a treat.

If you have the resources of all or even just some of the smoked fish available in Scotland and are cooking for sporting lodges The Inverawe Smoked Fish Cookbook is an inspiration. The pictures are enticing and the ideas are just what one needs when faced with smoked fish which need different treatments. The price is right too.
